This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and SurgaWin as the owner and operator of the platform.

The registration process at SurgaWin designed to be simple and fast, but there are important responsibilities you need to be aware of:

• One account per user: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at SurgaWin. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Password strength: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. SurgaWin will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Identity verification (KYC): SurgaWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), utility bill, or bank statement to verify your identity and address.
• Immediate notice: You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or if your password has been compromised.

All financial transactions at SurgaWin conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) using secure and verified local payment methods:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a bank account or e-wallet registered solely in your name. SurgaWin does not accept third-party payments.
• Full identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard safeguard to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• SurgaWin reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 within a 24-hour period for compliance purposes.
• If any transaction is found to be suspicious or cannot be verified, SurgaWin reserves the right to withhold payment until the investigation is concluded.
• Funds held in your gaming account do not earn interest and are not protected by PIDM or any deposit insurance scheme.

All bonuses and promotions offered by SurgaWin are subject to wagering requirements and the specific rules stated in each promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, upon registration and their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, per IP address and per device.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement as stated in the respective promotion terms, typically between 20x to 40x the bonus value before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses obtained through fraud, misuse, or breach of terms will be immediately voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• SurgaWin reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. SurgaWin's decisions regarding bonus claims are final.
• Players found to be systematically exploiting promotions (bonus abuse) will be subject to action, including account closure.
• Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Thaipusam and other seasonal promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be stated separately on the promotions page.

All games available on the platform SurgaWin — including live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), slots, poker, football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL), cricket, e-sports and more — are each governed by specific rules that must be followed:

• All game results are final once a round or hand is completed. No appeals or reversals of game outcomes will be entertained unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verified by our team.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an ongoing game, SurgaWin will endeavour to restore the situation to the last recorded state prior to the disruption. SurgaWin is not liable for losses caused by network interruptions on the user's end.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• For Sports Betting, SurgaWin reserves the right to void or amend bets where there has been a significant error in odds due to a technical fault.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and table are as displayed on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

Users SurgaWin are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and responsibility at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian law.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or defraud the platform.
• Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing other players or SurgaWin customer support staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the SurgaWin platform.
• Spreading misleading or false information about SurgaWin to the public.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team SurgaWin. Any remaining balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.
• SurgaWin reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that your account is being used unlawfully or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, SurgaWin reserves the right to forfeit any balance and winnings associated with the violating activity.
• Upon your request, SurgaWin can activate the self-exclusion feature for a period of your choosing. During this period, you will not be able to access the platform, and requests to reopen your account will not be entertained until the period expires.

SurgaWin strives to keep the platform running without interruption but cannot guarantee full availability at all times. The following limitations of liability apply:

• SurgaWin shall not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from service disruptions, technical failures, computer viruses or any issues beyond our reasonable control.
• All games and wagering carry financial risk. SurgaWin makes no guarantee or representation that users will win or profit from using this platform.
• SurgaWin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• SurgaWin's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the preceding 12 months.

• SurgaWin reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via a notice displayed on the platform at least 7 days before any amendment takes effect, except in cases of urgency or legal requirement.
• Continued use of the platform SurgaWin after the amended terms are deemed accepted. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings if necessary.
• The Malay version of this document is the primary reference document. In the event of any conflict between a translation in another language and the Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail.
